Welcome to Fanbridge.app ("we," "our," or "us"). Fanbridge.app provides a SaaS platform enabling creators and businesses ("Users" or "You") to build custom-branded portals to engage with and monetize their audiences.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Fanbridge.app.

1. Services Provided

Fanbridge.app offers infrastructure for content hosting, streaming, subscriptions, digital product sales, and related services. Each creator is responsible for their content, pricing, and customer interactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Fanbridge.app.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload. However, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for providing our services.

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is:

  • - Illegal or infringing
  • - Hateful, threatening, or harassing
  • ​- Pornographic (unless explicitly marked and compliant with laws)
  • - Violating the rights of others

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. White-Label Portals

Users may brand their own portals. However, content hosted must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Fanbridge.app is not responsible for content, branding, or claims made by individual users.

5. Payments and Fees

Fanbridge.app provides tools to process payments via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All transactions are subject to those providers' terms. We may charge platform or service fees as disclosed.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fanbridge.app is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or results from using the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanbridge.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
